Rob Monk (DJ Somatik)

Has been DJing for 18 years and is quite simply mad about music. Having played most clubs and festivals over the past decade DJ Somatik has now comfortably positioned himself as one of Sydney’s most in demand late night bar DJs. With current residencies at Zeta Bar (Hilton Sydney) & The Loft keeping him busy, he manages to find time to collaborate with top labels for fashion parades & corporate functions. DJ Somatik is currently consulting on music selections for uber cool style bars, fine dinning restaurants, retail & major hotel chains; creating bespoke playlists with his extensive knowledge of all things audio.

Jim Wood

Coming from both a music and hospitality background, Jim conceptualised 8track to meet a growing demand for bespoke music solutions. He continues to DJ in all kinds of bars and clubs around the world in different guises.

Jim is responsible for the development of the 8track library. His knowledge of music and brands ensures that each client has the perfect audio solution.
